Year of the Shrine
2011 - 2012
Come join us for the opening of the Year of the Shrine! On our way to 2014 - the hundreth anniversary of Schoenstatt's founding - we want to highlight the importance of our Lady's special place of grace and pilgrimage. On October 17, 2011 we will have a special candlelit rosary procession down the driveway beginning at 6:15pm, and ending at the shrine for Holy Mass with Bishop Brusekwitz. The grand finale will be a display of firworks behind the shrine - don't miss out on this most beautiful event in honor of our Lady!
New in the Year of the Shrine:
Saturday Holy Mass ~ In honor of the year of the shrine, we want to offer a weekly holy Mass here every Saturday at 9:30am. What better way to pray for your intentions than with a Holy Mass in this Marian pilgrimage place!
"We Fly To Your Patronage" Marian Encounter ~ Every 4th Saturday of the month, following holy Mass, we join in praying the rosary for a specific intention, such as for the unemployed or for respect for life. We conclude with a short presentation on the Blessed Mother and refrehsments. Please join us in praying for the needs of the Church and world, as we grow in love and imitation of the " Most Blessed Among Women!"
